| Skip has been providing legal services to the
leasing and financial services industry for more
than 30 years, and has been LTI's general
counsel since 1993. His career began as law
clerk to a U.S. District Judge and he
thereafter worked for several years at Kelley
Drye's New York office.
Prior to joining LTI, he practiced law with
his own firm, and was Secretary and Counsel
with Randolph Computer Corporation and
thereafter with Davenport Leasing &
Financial Services Corp.
Mr.
Baum holds an LL. B degree from
Harvard Law School, and is a graduate of
Yale University. He is equally at home on
a tennis court as well as a court of law.
When he is not at LTI, Skip enjoys music,
movies and theater.
